    Sorry to hear of this chilli_pea. I'm sure that PP will get their comeuppance as the forum will not forget your case and will work extra hard to ensure that as many PCNs from this outfit are kicked into the long grass.

    I would defo appeal if it were me. I would bet my house on the PPC backing-down as they would not want risk loosing to a defense put together by a good solicitor.

    The damage to the whole industry caused by an appeal being won at that level by a motorist would be to catastrophic to contemplate.

    The lady concerned des not need a transcript of the Court case in order to appeal.
