Help, haven't been able to access the foru for a while - posted a query and had some response from a lady from Lloyds bank via this site - but now can't find the thread..........Arghh!! Please help!
Lloyds Platinum c Card
Charged interest on a 9K purchase, which was made on the basis of the documentation we have which states 0% interest on purchases made over a set period of time. (We were intending simply paying off this c card and not using it thereafter - instead of a small loan).
We have the written statement and t & c's to prove this fact. How can we pursue this?
