I have got a new job and may need to relocate so am considering purchasing a new house.

Hi when you say new house do you mean new build or just new..if it's a new build i would suggest carpets! we have recently found out ours hasn't got any and as we haven't saved it's a bit of a nightmare!! If that's not what you meant sorry!! Other than that don't know as havent bought a house before!..0

were you not given a specification sheet at reservation if not before? and did you complete a reservation check list, were you given a cash discount or deposit paid deal perhaps thats why no carpets.

No it's a shared ownership house and we just assumed and when i asked the answer was no..we haven't paid any deposits so don't think we have a leg to stand on!0 -
