getPlus(R)???????

Whilst doing a bit of a clean up on my pc today i found that a programme called getPlus(R)_ock has appeared in my 'Add or Remove Programmes' list. As far as i can remember i havent installed anything lately and i certainly havent seen it there before. A quick search in Google hasnt really bought anything up that i can make use of. Any ideas please before i delete it and regret it later.

I think it's a download manager (a few people seem to have got it by downloading adobe reader). So good news is it doesn't seem to be malicious, and extra good news is that there should be no adverse consequences to getting rid of it.
