    :rotfl::rotfl: No.

    Scaffold 1.5k max for London
    Materials 1.5k
    Skip £200
    Labour £2k

    The other quote seems more reasonable.

    I can't comment on your actual quote but I would suggest you get more than one quote. We live in Kent and when we had water coming through our roof our neighbour recommended a roofer to look at it he said if we needed a new roof it would be about £25,000 (large roof) but that most of the tiles would need to go in the skip. A roofer we used before came out and fixed the leak but when I spoke to him he reckoned £10-15000 and that a lot of the tiles could be reused. With such a vast difference in price it just shows it is worth looking around.

    Just noticed you talk about lead work, lead has really increased in price, but what you need to know is what grade lead they are going to use, our roofer when he fixed the leak showed me the lead he was using (grade 4???) it was much thicker than the stuff we had previously and boy that stuff is heavy.
