Ryanair Transfers

Hi, i had booked ryanair return flights to rome for three people last month. At the time of the booking, i also paid for return transfers. I was expecting a confirmation mail about the transfers but i haven't received anything till now. My booking confirmation also didn't say anything about the booked transfer. Does anyone know how the transfers for ryanair work? My understanding is that it's through another company. I have sent ryanair a mail but haven't heard anything. Have I got another option other than phoning their 10p a minute number? I leave next Wednesday and starting to get worried now.

Great. Thanks. It shows that I atleast have a reservation. Do you know if the transfer will take us to our hotel as the website says that the stop is at Termini? Ofcourse I am assuming that someone here has used this transfer for Rome

How far is your hotel from Termini?

Or did you book an airport to hotel transfer.

Hotel is 30 minutes walk from Termini. The website didn't show any options about the booking. We booked it the same time as the flight booking

It looks like the transfer is just to Termini from the website, so consider a taxi or the metro from Termini to get to your hotel.
