Had a rant from someone who thought that I was a disgrace for daring to sell something that had been given to me (from a rep) - how dare I! I responded that it was my item, it had been given to me and if I wanted to sell it, then I could set the price - she was not under any obligation to buy after all.
Her reply was another disgusted rant ending in a threat of reporting me to Ebay (I have no idea why or how she was going to report me, I was only selling something after all). I responded that her problem was that I had the item, she didn't and she wasn't going to get it for any price as she was on my BBL as of that moment (childish of me perhaps but satisfying).
Yep, I'm right there with you.:rotfl::rotfl:

Im upset with you making a profit. Everything i sell i get 99p for.
Maybe its all crap and only worth 99p though?
I buy something for £40. Not use it for 2 years then resell it for 99p.. And
then i deliver it for FREE....
A target for you. Although if i were a business i would have to do a runner many times over.
Enjoy your profit. Censorship Reigns Supreme in Troll City...0 -
I sold CD i got that was still in the shrink wrap.
But when it came to posting - it was no-where to be found.
I went to Tesco's, who had it, but they remove them from their cases - so not sealed and i put sealed in the listing.
I went round FOUR more shops and finally found one still sealed.
Happy i wasn't letting the buyer down - i could now relax and move on - and look forward to my glowing feedback.......
..... until the next morning when i received abusive emails, calling me a rip-off merchant and a con man. I had left the price on - and it was £1 cheaper than they had bid :rotfl::rotfl:0 -

With all due respect, why do you care what someone you've never even met thinks about you?0 -

When I worked in a charity shop, people used to complain about the prices of some of the books saying they were given to us so why were we selling them for high prices? I tried to point out that people had donated them to us to raise funds for the charity and we had checked ABE, Amazon and eBay to get a realistic price.0 -
Don't worry, I have seen it all on Ebay including "I know how much you paid so can you sell it to me for x amount" to having a link to my shop on a social network page complaining about my prices and asking people to report me to HMRC!0

Remind your buyer that the first R in RRP stands for Recommended, not Required ....0

I think she got annoyed with my lack of replies as I've woken up to two. The first, she's telling hmrc about me Selling things
For a profit. Apparently that makes me a business. She has so reported me to eBay for conning people out of more than the rrp.
I Thought blocking her bids would stop her messages. If you aim for the moon if you miss at least you will land among the stars!0 -
I've actually had negative feedback stating that I charged a lot more than what it would have cost me wholesale price.Warning: any unnecessary disclaimers appearing under my posts do not bear any connection with reality, either intended, accidental or otherwise.
