OP how much money are we actually talking about? You've either put a ridiculous sum of money on there, or you're getting very het up about a few pence...

Have you asked (politely) for the printing credits back?

Re. the not graduating issue - I think the Office of Fair Trading has said it could be breaking the law. If you google it you can find relevant news articles or you could contact your Students Union for advice?
  • I've complained about it and they have waived my library fines in this case, though have said they are unable to refund my printing credit. (I am assuming they don't want to because it won't benefit themselves, and as one post mentions it will cost them more money)

I have accepted I won't get the money back and it was the principle of it that annoyed me as it was only £10 credit (I put it on my card in anticipation of printing of my dissertation, though decided against using the Leeds Met library for this as it would have cost me £60! I got it printed and bound for £40 elsewhere).

And FYI 'amiehall' £1 credit would not even print off 3 colour pages at 35p a page. That's why I put £10 on my printing credit.

    Again thanks for the replies.
