CC application - does lodgers rent count as income

I'm filling in the pre-eligibility checker and was thinking that our lodgers rent can be included as income. If I apply for a credit card can I also include this as income?

does it get declaired to inland revenue? if no then no
Don't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.

So the OP can include it on their credit application then. Whether they subsequently go on to report it to the revenue or not is another matter.

It should be included as income.

It doesn't need to be declared to HMRC as taxable under rent a room under certain conditions.
