Help Needed Please - Tesco Direct

Hello,
On Saturday I placed a order with Tesco direct. I payed next day delivery for it however there was a problem and a item on the went "missing". Tesco did nothing to find the item and it was me who managed to sort the problem. Yesterday I rang city link to find that Tesco had not attached the parcel stickers correctly and the item had gone missing, once I told them what it was and some other details they found the item in their warehouse and I had it delivered today. Tesco have not once apologised for this and have not offered any compensation.
A bin they also sent me was broken and I had to wait in yesterday for them to pick the broken one up, they sent me another broken one today.
On Sunday I ordered a Treadmill again from Tesco. I got a text to tell me it would be delivered yesterday, however it wasn't. After over 9 phone calls to Tesco they haven't bothered to trace the parcel or to even ring me. It turns out that Arrow XL have lost my parcel... I rang up to tell Tesco and they're now saying they have none left in stock. They are the only people who do the treadmill and I managed to get a lot of discount on the product, so now I am unable to get the product which means I have to spend more money finding something of the same spec - Please note they have not given me a refund YET for the lost item which is now out of stock but if they do it will take 5 days to clear.
The whole thing STINKS! I have waited in for days and made double figure calls and I still have not received any "promised" calls from them.
Am I entitled to any compensation? Is there anything I can do?
