Id report the seller to Samsung. Quite clearly the seller is fully aware he is selling fakes.
I purchased a 32GB SanDisk memory card a few years ago and had exactly the same problem. Contact Sandisk who asked me to email pictures and confirmed it was fake. They also took the sellers details to follow the matter up.

EBay is awash with upgraded memory sticks at the moment. Some sellers detail this in their listings some don't. I'm not sure what eBay's stance is with this. The separate issue the OP has encountered where they have been sold a counterfeit "Samsung" card is obviously illegal tho.
Bottom line is, if the price looks too good to be true, it generally is!0
