Hello
Our house is going on the market today.
Been 13 year since our last move and forgotten the etiquette.
Do you only start viewing houses once you have sold your own?
Thank You

Nothing to stop you viewing but any offer you put forward will be viewed less favourably if you still have to sell your own place.0

We started looking as soon as our house went on the market. You will see a lot that you don't like in that time and helps you work out what you want . We have been in our house 13 years too and have forgotten everything. One thing I do remember is how stressful it all is
Good luckIf i knew the answers to all the questions i wouldn't be on here

Look now, so you know what's out there and what you'd like.... just don't put any offers in until you've had an offer on yours.0

I would say look now to see what you can get for your money & help you rule out things you don't particularly want, but don't put any offers in until your house has sold. It can be very disappointing for all parties when a chain falls apart.0
