LBA & Formal Response

Hi,
I have been following Daisy's threads and have now exchanged two letters with the PPC, post LBA, to advise them that their letters do not comply with the PD- requesting they provide me with the required information and a POPLA code.
The latest letter from them ('litigation assistant') advises me that they have complied with pre-action conduct, as all the information required was detailed on the PCNs, liability notices and letters they have sent to me previously...
I presume my next step is to advise them I am seeking advice and will provide a formal response in 30 days? before sending the formal letter?
thanks in advance!

My opinion is that you have pointed it out, which you are not obliged to do. Let them take it forward if they dare and appeal for it to be struck out as not a valid claim and ask for costs. Make sure it's al part of your evidence pack, so the judge can see what an inept outfit that He/She is dealing with.Search my post " PoPLA evidence - What to submit" on what is a good defense for a PoPLA appeal.0 -
This sounds like excel. They will take it forward, in my experience, so write back asking for copies of everything you need again. It doesn't matter if they sent it before; you need everything they will be relying on, including a copy of their contract and pre-estimate of loss documents.
Keep asking every time they reply without providing the docs. Eventually they may file court action, but then you are in a hopefully strong place.Hi, we’ve approved your signature. It's awesome. Please email the forum team if you want more praise - MSE ForumTeam0
