    I think you have done very well to collect a voluntary £150 out of BG just because you decide not to run a landline or use the method to get free 0800 calls. I cant believe you would get a penny from First Utility or Npower with the same problem , so dont switch to either of those two or you will be hours and hours on the phone. Sometimes when a switch fails to go thro its the cause of the losing supplier or a meter asset problem or readings holding it all up
    I work for 3 of the big six and British Gas are the best run suppliers, thats why they are so successful despite not being the cheapest

    An extra £120+ was paid to EDF due to BG unable to take over over the last 9 months the remainder £30-£40 was on phone calls.
