Is my freezer still under guarantee?

Hi
I came home tonight to see that my freezer had stopped working - been away for a few days and all my food was defrosted.
I am pretty sure the pump has gone as I can hear it whirring in the back. Also the temperature will not go beyond -4 degrees celcius and wont freeze any water.
Its a Beko freezer which I bought in July 2013 (less than 12 months ago). Is my guarantee still valid? I am not entirely sure I signed up to their guarantee scheme where you are meant to register etc.
Any advice on if I am covered if I have not registered?
Thanks

In the first instance, contact the retailer and try dealing with the issue through them. They may be easier to deal with than Beko directly.0

As above but it will probably be the manufacturer who sends out an engineer. Hopefully the retailer will arrange that for you.0 -
I read somewhere that Beko are fairly good at sorthing these things out.
Please let us know how you get on. My next washing machine mayybe a Beko after the awful service from Indesit.
All they want to do is sell me some stuff to prevent limescale. Limescale is not an issue around here.Censorship Reigns Supreme in Troll City...0
