Terms & Conditions

1. Prize is for entry to the Final of the FM104 competition ‘Passport to Paradise’.
2. Competition is open to Irish & UK residents only.
3. Competition closes at midday on Tuesday, 20th of May.
4. Four people will be selected on Tuesday, 20th of May to go through to the Grand Final with all finalists.
5. Attendance at the Grand Final must be confirmed by 5.00pm on Wednesday, 21st of May.
6. The Final will take place in Dublin on the 23rd of May 2014 and entrants must make their way to the venue at their own expense.
7. The Prize includes:
   • Nine night Caribbean cruise on Explorer of the Seas.
   • Return flights to New York for 2 people.
   • 1 night hotel stay in Beacon Hotel in New York.
   • US$1,000 spending money.
8. In terms of the flights:
   • Flexibility required for travel dates.
9. In terms of the Cruise:
   • The cruise provider is RCL Cruises Ltd doing business as Royal Caribbean International with registered office address at Building 3, The Heights, Brooklands, Weybridge, Surrey KT13 0NY (company number 07366612).
   • Nine night Caribbean cruise on Explorer of the Seas.
   • A cruise only holiday for two adults (including one adult aged over 21 years) on board Royal Caribbean International’s Explorer of the Seas, from Cape Liberty, New Jersey, USA.
   • The cruise is valid on 25th of September OR 9th of October sailings.
   • The prize includes nine night cruise on board Explorer of the Seas in an Ocean view stateroom, on-board main meals, evening entertainment, use of the fitness centre and all applicable taxes including gratuities.
   • The following items will incur an extra cost: meals in the on-board speciality restaurants, shore excursions, alcoholic drinks, spa treatment, laundry, casino, on board shopping.
   • Travel insurance is not included and must be purchased before travel. Winner is responsible for making sure they and their guest are adequately insured and shall provide evidence of that fact to RCL Cruises Ltd on demand.
   • For each cruise prize, all travellers must travel at the same time and in the same accommodation on the same itinerary.
   • Specific sailing dates are subject to availability and RCL Cruises Ltd standard terms and booking conditions apply (as applicable).

   • The cruise prize has no cash value and it cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash or an alternative holiday, or combined with any other offer, promotions or discount.
   • Once the booking is confirmed, changes to the names, date or nature of the booking shall not be permitted.
   • Prize is redeemable only by the named winner and must not be sold on to any other party.
   • All winners need to ensure they have valid passports and permission for entry to USA.
   • Royal Caribbean International will not accept guests who are more than 24 weeks pregnant or who will enter their 24th week of pregnancy at any time during their cruise holiday.
   • RCL reserves the right to offer an alternative cruise prize of equal or greater value if RCL Cruises Ltd, for reasons outside of its reasonable control, cannot provide the prize to the winner.
   • Winners must claim their prize and book the holiday by end of June 2014 once notified by FM104 that they are the winner. Full details on how to book will be provided by Blue Insurance / FM104 to the winner.
   • Sailing date and name of ship: 25th of September or 9th of October 2014 on Explorer of the Seas.
   • Sample cruise itinerary:
     • Cape Liberty, New Jersey.
     • Cruising.
     • Kings Wharf, Bermuda.
     • Cruising.
     • Philipsburg, St. Maarten.
     • San Juan, Puerto Rico.
     • Labadee, Haiti.

10. Any requested upgrades or changes to the stated holiday prize will be at the winner's own expense.
11. Prize is non-transferable and will only be awarded to the winner.
12. No changes will be permitted.
13. Entrants must be aged 18 years or older as at date of entry and resident in Ireland.
14. Winner and guest must hold valid passports and are solely responsible for any special visa requirements and medical vaccinations/other recommended medical requirements.
15. Winner and guest are solely responsible for completing all documentation (electronic or other) required in advance of travel/entry and are solely responsible for paying any associated fees.
16. Winner and guest are solely responsible for any duty which must be paid on goods purchased abroad upon their return to Ireland.
17. Any costs incurred additional to the prize package elements listed (e.g. telephone charges, meals, room service, excursions, airport transfer etc.) will be at the winner's own expense.
18. Failure to attend for any reason whatsoever on the travel dates agreed and booked does not entitle the winner to an alternative holiday and the prize will be deemed to have been forfeited.
19. No cash alternative will be offered in lieu of stated prize.
