Mine valued at £265k, I've recently rejected an offer of £332k.Original 35 year mortgage: January 2016, £306,000
January 2022 : £198,000 (£30k saving pot split equally between cash and alternative investments)
January 2022: 2x £3k child ISA.0 -
I'm pretty sure they try to go by sold prices, but it's not very accurate if not many houses have sold. Ours was showing at £153,000 for ages. We paid £165,000. Next door sold for 170,000 not long ago, and I've just looked and ours has now jumped to £170,000 too. Weirdly next door says £167,000, even though it sold for 170k, and next door but one says £164,000. They're all exactly the same house! None of the others have estimates because they haven't sold in so long.0
