Can you help me with Message Tea Bags?

Through the internet, over a period of about 8 or 9 years, I've made some really lovely friends who are all crafty in one way or another and we exchange various bits of things which we've made and send to each other, completely out of the blue - not for an occassion - but simple just 'because'.
One of my over-seas friends made me some fabulous cards over the years and in some of them she sends a couple of Tea Bags which are individually wrapped and when you open them to use them they have a little uplifting quote or a few words which make you smile.
I too send out cards with a tea bag or two in them, with an accompanying poem all about the tea bag and the two of us being friends. BUT ... I've yet to find any tea bags in this country which have the little uplifting quote or words of wisdom on the end of the string.
So I'm here asking if any of you might have found these Tea Bags anywhere? I don't mind the flavour ones - I just would love to add these tea bags to my poem cards so that I can cheer up a couple of friends (one in the USA and one in Australia) who are both going through some tough times right now.

P.S. ... if you have any ideas other than the Tea Bags which I could add to a handmade card then I'd be over-joyed if you would be willing to share ideas.
But it would have to be 'something' which wouldn't add a massive amount to the weight of the card or the dimensions - as this really is a factor that I have to taken into consideration when posting stuff like this. Royal Mail really sting me for postage when I want to cheer someone up.

Did you find any ok?
I bought my dad a load with some loose tea and popped it all in a wooden box. He ended up making me loads with earl grey in bless him
