Sent an enquiry into HFC for an unsecured loan, requesting if i had PPI on the loan agreement. Turns out that i did have PPI.
Was serving in the armed forces at the time the loan was taken out. Loan paid up in full of July 2010.
Started a PPI claim against HFC On 31st march thanks to the letter template on this website.
On the 8th of April I had a letter from HSBC (who took over HFC) and they have now offered £6,500. Waiting for final payment to be made.:j
Major success there I would say. So thank you Martin.
Now have a claim in against Barclaycard.
Also starting a claim for PPI against Nationwide Credit Card.:T
Thank you Martin. Your template has been invaluable to me.
