Basically my mum have sent her Samsung note 10.1 for repair 3x the 1st was in 09/2013 2nd was 03/2014 and 3rd was 04/2014.
Now again it is having another problem, and my mum don't really want to send it back for repair. She's worried that if she send it again and when it comes back that it might develop another fault again, and send it for repair again and on and on.
Does anybody here know if Samsung have a 3rd repair policy?, I've read somewhere that other companies do have a 3rd repair policy.
Also, my mum is having problem with the Samsung customer service as they are saying that on their system its showing that the tablet had only been repair once. Good thing my mum have kept all the paperworks on each of the repair. But they still would not believe her, and they wouldn't even take the reference of each repair that was done on the tablet.
And Samsung have told her that if she would like a replacement that she'll need to go to the retailer which is Currys.
Advice us please on what to do, and what rights do we have on this case.
Many Thanks in advance

Retailer is the one that is responsible for warranty repairs .
Your rights under sale of goods act are against the retailer not Samsung .
That is usually a twelve month warranty .
As Samsung have repaired then you may find the vendor does not want to know initially .
Depending upon the actual fault the vendor may well send an item to the manufacturers repair centre anyway .
Samsung offer a separate limited 24 month warranty that is their conditions apply not SOGA .
You don't say what the repair/ fault was .0 -
What is the issue, and what has the repair outcome been each time?Squirrel! If I tell you who I work for, I'm not allowed to help you. If I don't say, then I can help you with questions and fixing products. Regardless, there's still no secret EU law.
