TuneIn is there (free and pro), as is Radioplayer.

Basic Kindle as in ebook reader with "Experimental web browser"?
Pick your radio stations carefully as I don't think the ebook reader handles apps. Happy to hear I'm wrong, but worrying how basic is basic!

Kindle has Email Silk and E Reader.
I do not use E Reader
