    How to Enter

    1. This prize draw is open to business customers only who are UK (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland) residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees and their immediate families of Royal Mail Group Limited, its subsidiaries, other group companies, its agents, or anyone else professionally connected with this prize draw.
    2. Entrants should obtain their employers consent before participating in this promotion.
    3. The prize draw will run from 17/04/2014 to (11.59pm on 30/06/2014) inclusive (“Promotional Period”).
    4. To enter the prize draw, you must complete the online Shopper Report registration form at www.royalmail-ecommerce.com and select the promotion entry check-box during the Promotional Period. For alternative entry, you can speak with a Royal Mail representative by phone to complete the Shopper Report form, by completing the ‘Request a call back’ form at www.royalmail-ecommerce.com or by calling 0800 731 4564 during the Promotional Period.
    5. Only one entry per business is permitted during the Promotional Period. Anyone trying to circumvent this rule by using alternative details including but not limited to email accounts, names, telephone numbers or addresses will be disqualified from this promotion. Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. If it becomes apparent that a participant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’ or any other automated means, that person’s entries will be disqualified and any prize award will be void.
    6. Entrants who do not give correct details or those who make an entry on someone else’s behalf will be disqualified, at the Promoter’s discretion.
    7. Incomplete, illegible, misdirected or late entries or claims will not be accepted. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of delivery. The Promoter takes no responsibility for entries or claims delayed, incomplete or lost due to technical reasons or otherwise.
    Prizes and Fulfilment

    1. Entries must be received by 11.59pm on 30/06/2014 (“Closing Date”). The prize draw will take place under the supervision of an independent adjudicator who will randomly select winners. The First Prize winner will be the first name selected and the Second Prize winners will be the subsequent nine names selected. The winners will be notified by email or phone within 7 days of the Closing Date.
    2. 10 prizes will be available to win during the Promotional Period. First Prize (1 x winner) – A £25,000 Marketing Campaign, comprising:
      • Marketing services (to a maximum value of £15,000) consisting of:
        • A media consultancy session with Royal Mail (To a maximum of 8 hours - covering initial engagement, assessment and delivery of a feedback report.)
        • A maximum of 80 hours media consultancy with UM London, covering - strategy, media planning, implementation, and reporting - at the discretion of UM London.
        • A maximum of 80 hours creative consultancy with Beta London, covering acceptance of a communications brief, response to brief, design and supply (in the event of a digital-only campaign solution, design and supply will cover a standard banner campaign [3 formats – skyscraper, banner, MPU]), maximum 2 rounds of amends - at the discretion of Beta London. Any imagery used will be royalty free and from a stock library. If imagery is provided by the winning entrant, it will be the entrants responsibility to ensure that all necessary legal clearances and usage rights have been sought. Beta London will not be responsible for additional usage costs or any other third party costs. The prize does not include the origination or production of new imagery or moving footage. All information provided to Beta London by the winning entrant must be indemnified by the winning entrant.
      • Up to £10,000 of media bookings with UM London.
      Second Prize (9 x winners) – Media Consultancy Session, comprising:

      • A media consultancy session with Royal Mail (To a maximum of 8 hours -covering initial engagement, assessment and delivery of a feedback report.)
        • The deployment of any recommendations made by Royal Mail is not included in the prize. The development and/or fulfilment of mechanics associated with the winner’s marketing campaign (e.g. a promotional mechanic) are not included in the prize. All other costs and expenses in taking up the prizes are the winners’ own. The prizes are as stated and nothing else is included.
    3. Winners will have 14 days from first being contacted to acknowledge the prize via the instructions in the winning notification and confirm they wish to accept the prize. Failure to do this will result in the prize being forfeited and the Promoter may, at its absolute discretion, draw an alternative winner from the remaining valid entries. The decision of the Promoter is final.
    4. Prizes must be completed by 31/12/2014. Failure to do so will result in the prize being forfeited and the Promoter may at its absolute discretion dispose of the prize without liability to the winner.
    5. There is no cash or other alternative for any of the prizes in whole or in part except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute any of the prizes with one of equal or greater value at the choosing and discretion of the Promoter.
    General

    1. Prize winners’ names and counties are available by sending a self-addressed envelope to ‘Win a £25,000 Marketing Campaign – Promotion Winners’, Royal Mail, Stukeley Street, London, WC1V 7AB within three months of the Closing Date.
    2. Winners agree to participate in related publicity accompanying or resulting from the promotion without further recompense.
    3. Sale, transfer or exchange of any part of the prize package is strictly prohibited.
    4. Any tax liability arising as a result of winning a prize is the responsibility of the business.
    5. The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries including but not limited to asking for address and identity details (which they must provide within 14 days) and to refuse to award a prize or withdraw prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the promotion and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or any instructions forming part of this promotions entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the promotion or won using fraudulent means. The Promoter will be the final arbiter in any decisions and these will be binding and no correspondence will be entered into in relation this clause.
    6. The Promoter reserves the right to vary these terms and conditions or to hold void, cancel, suspend or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
    7. By entering the promotion, entrants will be deemed to be bound by and have accepted these terms and conditions.
    8. Any question concerning the legal interpretation of the rules will be based on English law and the Courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.
