Firefox will not start after I closed it without restarting my computer again.

Kill firefox.exe process in task manager (if it is still running) after closing firefox.
Open it - disable some of your plugins, clear cache.0 -
This very occasionally happens to me, and as OneADay says killing the process does the trick (ignore the dire warning message that's displayed).0

Maybe there's something in your Firefox profile that has become corrupt...? Try executing Firefox using the command "firefox -P". That will start the profile manager and you can try creating a new profile to see if that helps.0
