By "dial meter " I meant an electric meter with 6 little rotating dials. These are always getting misread. with a dial meter always take the lower of the two figures it is in between. for pointers on a border, the dial to the right indicates the correct number, before the zero its the lower, after the zero its the higher.there are no "dial " gas meters in use now for domestic s0

Well, if you have a metric meter and a similar property next door is three times smaller then the first thing to do is to check you are not being charged for an imperial meter.
On your meter reads, when converted to kWhs, does one meter unit correspond to about 11.2 or to 32 kWhs?0 -
