Hi,
Long story short, I have applied to college to start after the summer.
Basically, once my rent is paid, I will have ninety pound left for the month to live on, that includes water and waste charge, gas and elec and food.
Is this possible?
Thanks in advance

Pretty standard for loans not to cover everything I'm afraid. Thus is why a lot of students work part time and study, to be able to afford it.0

I'd count yourself lucky - one year I was £1000 short of covering my rent for the whole year.
However anything is possible it just depends on what you prioritise. If you want the full "uni experience" (going out, joining clubs, playing sports, ect) then no. If you just want to get your head down and work then yes.
You can also look at getting a part time job to supplement your income, student bank accounts have interest free overdrafts (although I don't necessarily recommend using them!) or look at less demanding ways to occassionally get some spare cash - sell unwanted stuff on ebay, fill in surveys, mystery shopping.
