UKCPS have refused to give me a POPLA code - too late to appeal

I received a windscreen sticker from UKCPS a couple of months ago, and waited for the NTK. I sent in an appeal and had my challenge refused because they said it was too late. I then sent them another appeal stating that their notification letters to me stated that I had a right of appeal, so was exercising that right. And…

I have had the parking charge cancelled

Well, I emailed my complaint into the BPA not long after posting my draft previously. Today (almost four weeks later) I received notification from the BPA saying that the operator made an admin error when dealing with my appeal and with correspondance that was sent out. Therefore, the operator has agreed to cancel the parking charge.
