I recently upgraded my Virgin router and since then have not been able to connect it to my Acer laptop with I E 7 to my printer via the wireless .I can connect it via a U S B cable but what ever i try i still does not connect.I then tried to uninstall it with aim of reloading it.I cannot uninstall HP DESKJET 3050 J610 series basic device software .I uninstalled other H P programs but not this one.
I have looked on the H P web site but i am not able to understand what it says because of my very limited knowledge.Can anybody help please?
