Woolworths online are a bit rubbish

PS2 game ordered in their sale a few weeks ago, they said delivery by 5 July. Its a couple of quid cheaper than elsewhere, so I risk it, despite the rather long delivery time. 5 July comes and goes. I log in, it says my order was 'cancelled'. But I got no email, info, nothing. I contact customer services to ask about it. They reply saying sorry but it was cancelled since their supplier didn't send the goods. Note, throughout this time the item is still on their site for the same price -- and is still there now.

I'm not going to say 'avoid Woolworths at all costs', but I think they are trying to look like Play or Amazon when in reality they don't have much clue how to run an online store yet.
