Having the usual and expected nightmare with Admiral having had one there customers hit our car.
Looking to get the email address for someone/s high up. The people I'm talking to on the phone are giving me the run around
I've done a search but couldn't find the answer and wondered if anyone here has them as there seems to be a fair few complaints

Tried that already and not holding my breath waiting for a reply. They have to be one of the worst companies in general to deal with ....0

If liability is clear cut you can use an accident claim handler and save yourself the hassle they are giving you0

Naah, you want to try speaking with a company like Markerstudy or Zenith, they won't even take calls from a third party.0

Thankfully, liability has been admitted. Thought we had used a claims handler as in accident exchange but they are only interested in hiring out replacement cars.0
