Game - Playstation 3 praise

OH bought a second hand Playstation 3 from Game 6 months ago, comes with a 12 month warranty.
Been playing games fine, but a few days ago we tried playing Blurays for the first time and they wouldn't work.
Took it into game, they tried their blurays and it wouldn't work either, offered full refund or replacement (so glad it wasn't a repair, can't be faffing around with that!), took the replacement option and walked away from store with a new(2nd hand) playstation.
Well done for not quibbling, Game!
