    Just a link which you've damaged in some obvious way. Leave "http://" off the front, or put some spaces in or something, anything to stop the forum software recognising it as a link. Someone who can post links will then re-post it "fixed".

    Presumably that is all the POPLA letter as the PPC cancelled the charge

    Trying to save the £27 for POPLA decision maybe? And saving the wasted man hours on a fruitless attempt to justify the unjustifiable, when clearly your appeal had beaten them! They had no hope of winning against a registered keeper who had shown they weren't legally liable in law.
