Interest and payment query

Ok, so SIL has just got herself a credit card as she wanted to use it for the deposit on a large purchase so that she had S75 cover.
She has a Vanquis card and has just had her first bill.
Minimum payment is £7 odd, but she wants to pay the whole amount off due to the ridiculous interest rates.
Her minimum payment is due mid May, but she wants to know what would happen if say she paid her card off today, but then used it as the deposit on another big ticket item before her next statement date?

Would she be charged interest?

So to summarise.

Example £100 limit
Maxes out the card on 25/04
Statement produced on 30/04 with min payment due of £7 on 15/05
On 06/05, full £100 limit is cleared
On 12/05 card maxed out again.

What are the likely interest costs, if any, next month?
I haven't a clue, myself!

If she pays off the full balance, she would have he full credit limit available to her again, so £100. She is then free to use this credit again as she so wishes.

These new transactions would appear on next month's statement, where she can either pay it off in full, or not. If she doesn't she would incur interest on the balance for at least two further months. If she continues to pay off the balance in full she will incur zero interest, so long as she doesn't withdraw cash or do something else which incurs fees.

She is also free to spend on it and pay it off in between statements as often as she likes, so spend £100 today, pay off the balance this evening, spend another £100 on it tomorrow (or as soon as the payment has cleared), etc. I would avoid spending up to the card's limit though, just in case.
