On 18 March I ordered a pair of cotton trousers from kgb, no voucher or third party involved. Had a discount code so cost was £12.50, taken straight away from my debit card. 3 weeks later I emailed, reply said can take 4 weeks. Emailed back...... over and over and over again. No reply at all. Any suggestions? Thanks.

You can wait, or you can cancel. One important thing to remember is that when you get to the end of this sentence, you'll realise it's just my sig.0

I have cancelled about 20 separate times by email, no acknowledgement and no refund.0

I am still trying to get a refund of nearly £300 from KGB since early October when the flights to my holiday destination were cancelled! I paid in July so they have had my cash for 5 months now. There are no details on their website re customer service or refunds - which speaks volumes! They eventually "gave" me a store credit a week or so ago which I didn't want and hadn't asked for and I am still waiting for a response to my request for a refund. I suspect that many folk give up but I want my money back. Has anyone else had this problem? Did you ever get your money back? Thanks0

How did you pay?
Debit or credit card I hope.
Read MSE's articles on Chargeback and Section 75 Refunds and then speak to your card issuer.0 -

Booked film and dinner at the Roxy Bar and Screen through KGB Deals / NCrowd. Cost approx. £50 for four people.
When we got there film had been cancelled and manager Jay Uddin (07881202182) promised full refund and complimentary visit as compensation. He took photo of vouchers to have the details.
After many emails to KGB Deals / NCrowd they finally replied to say vouchers had been used as they had photo copies. Wrote to CEO of KGB Deals / NCrowd Mr Peter Conley in Toronto to say there was no way the vouchers were redeemed as I still had them. (All they had were the phone photos of them taken by the manager who had promised a refund).
Heard nothing from him either. Do not use Roxy Bar and Screen and be aware that as soon as you have a problem with KGB deals/ NCrowd no-one wants to know... not even the CEO!
