You don't send anything yet as you haven't got the NTK in the post. Forget the silly deadline in the PCN - that's for the driver - and the driver isn't the one who appeals. The reasons why you wait, and appeal from a stronger position as keeper (if you are the registered keeper) are already explained in the NEWBIES FAQs thread near the top of this forum.

What does the small print say on that sign please, exact words?

I'm just waiting for my friend to send me a picture of it, the quality isn't good enough to zoom in and read it! I've found a few different sites that do appeals but I'm not sure I found the one you mentioned - do you know the address?

    Thank you.

That would be amazing if you could - I'm not massively confident with doing it myself!

Here is the small print, I've blocked out the name of the building where it was taken.

Just reading that sign from the photo "DESIGNATE MARKED BAY" - guys, the word's "DESIGNATED".

My wife has English as her second language and she still scored 93% on her test recently... I doubt these PPC staff would even get an F on a GCSE English from what we've seen :)

It says 'breached' so it's a flippin' easy one to beat with the usual templates! :)
