Hi guys
Just wondering if you can take Inflatable stuff on a plane in your checked in luggage, or would it expand? :P Maybe a daft question, lol! We are heading to Costa Teguise, does anyone know if ts expensive to by Inflatables there, e.g. small dinghy's and lilos etc.
Thanks

Anyone know good websites to get good priced inflatables?0

Planning on taking an inflatable friend with you?!
For lilos etc I would have though it would be easier on the packing just to buy a cheap one when you are there then chuck it.0 -

I was going to do that, but then I heard they charge crazy prices, so thought I would just buy them here and take them with us0 -

While we're on the subject....does anyone know if inflatable airbeds with the pump thingy are allowed in checked baggage?
Thank you.0 -
There is nothing in the gov't guidelines or any of the airlines lists to state that airbeds wouldn't be allowed in checked baggage. The only problem might be if the pump is an electric one as these can be fairly big and heavy and it might show up as something suspicious should the bag be x-rayed before it's loaded.
If it is electric, it would be worth mentioning it to the check in staff.
If it's one of the plastic foot pumps then I can't see why there should be any problem.0
