Terms and Conditions

“MCFC vs Al Ain Social Promotion” is a prize draw promotion (“Prize Draw”) organised and promoted by Etihad Airways (“Etihad”), subject to the following terms and conditions:

Eligibility

The participants in this Prize Draw (the “Participants”) must be aged 18 years or over.
The participants in the promotion must be residents of the UK.
The competition is open to all Twitter users.
In order to be eligible for entry into the Prize Draw the participant must have Retweeted Etihad’s promotional Tweet and followed Etihad Airways on Twitter (https://www.twitter.com/etihadairways)
One entry per person.
The closing date for entries is 23:59pm GMT on 5th May 2014 and no entries will be accepted after this date.
The Prize Draw is not open to employees or immediate family members of employee’s of Etihad or Manchester City Football Club (“MCFC”), Al Ain Football Club or their subsidiaries, agents, their affiliates or anyone involved in the administration of this Prize Draw.
Etihad and MCFC do not accept responsibility for lost, damaged or incomplete entries.
Winners will be chosen by Etihad through a random draw from the eligible entries. In the event that a Winner is unable to redeem their prize, (as described in Clause 14 below), another winner may be chosen through a similar random draw.
10. Etihad’s decision in the Prize Draw shall be final.
11. There will be one Winner of the Prize Draw, who shall win the Prize listed below (the “Prize”):
12. The Prize shall include the following:
Flights for two people from Manchester to Abu Dhabi – flights must be taken on the specified dates departing Manchester on 13th May and returning on the 16th May
Hotel accommodation for two people in a 4 star hotel
Match day tickets to watch Al Ain vs MCFC at the Hazza Bin Zayed Stadium on 15th May
Transfers to and from the hotel and the match
13. Other transfers, subsistence and expenses are not included.
14. All travel documentation and visas must be up to date, and have at least 6 months of travel, before expiry date.
15. The Prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative is available.
16. The Winners will be notified by 7th May 2014
17. If each Winner cannot be contacted by 23:59 GMT on 8th May 2014, an alternative winner may be selected instead.
18. Entry into the Prize Draw confirms acceptance of these terms and conditions as final and legally binding.
19. Etihad reserves the right to refuse entry to the Prize Draw, or disqualify any Participants or refuse to award the Prize to anyone if they do not meet the specified criteria or are in breach of these terms and conditions.
20. By entering into the Prize Draw, the Winners authorise Etihad, MCFC and Al Ain FC to publish their name as the Winner.
21. By entering into the Prize Draw, the Winners authorise Etihad, MCFC and Al Ain FC to contact them with promotional offers.
22. When entering into the Prize Draw, the Winners acknowledge that their names, addresses, e-mail addresses and dates of birth may have been made available to Etihad, MCFC and Al Ain FC (the “Personal Data”).
23. Etihad, MCFC and Al Ain FC reserve the right to withdraw the competition at any time in their absolute discretion without incurring any liability.
24. The Winners and their guests agree to have publicity photographs and/or video images taken of them for use by Etihad, MCFC and Al Ain FC. Where a Winner does not wish to consent to this, the Winner may choose to reject the prize and an alternative winner may be selected instead.
25. Etihad or MCFC shall not be liable for any failure to comply with their obligations where the failure is caused by something outside their reasonable control. Such circumstances shall include, but shall not be limited to, weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, supervening legislation or any other circumstances amounting to force majeure.
26. Etihad, MCFC and Al Ain FC do not accept responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by the Winners or their guests as a result of entering into the Prize Draw or accepting the Prize. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall exclude the liability of Etihad, MCFC and Al Ain FC for death or, personal injury resulting from the negligence of employees of MCFC or Etihad.
27. Etihad Airways address is P.O. Box 35566, New Etihad Head Office, Khalifa City A, Abu Dhabi, UAE.
28. The decision of Etihad is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
29. Etihad reserves a right to amend these terms and conditions.
30. The terms and conditions of this Prize Draw shall be governed by English law.
