The prize is a trip for 4 (four) adults to PULA, CROATIA to be taken at a time to be mutually agreed between the Winner and IMS but in no event later that 1st September 2015. The Prize MAY NOT be taken on the following dates: between 20th December 2014 – 2nd January 2015 (inclusive), 14th February 2015, public school holidays, award ceremonies or public holidays in the country of departure or destination of the Prize. Winner and their chosen guests must be aged 18 or over and will each need a valid passport, visas and travel documentation, and will be required to complete and sign a Winner information form in order to take up the Prize.
The Prize includes: economy class return flights from a London airport to Pula, Croatia including one item of hold luggage per person, return airport transfers from Croatia’s airport to Winner’s hotel , 5 nights in 2 (two) twin or double rooms (based on a 3 star rating hotel on a room only basis), travel insurance, £700 worth of event vouchers (or cash to purchase festival tickets at the Promoter’s sole discretion) towards a music festival of the Winners choice (subject to availability), £725 towards transfers to the festival, food and drink, city tax, travel around the city and spending money.
