Thomson holidays API/Boarding pass printing/lost upgrades

Looking at their Facebook page there's loads of people finding

1) unable to enter API details online as " lead passenger details wrong" or just plain not found

2) since an upgrade to their systems loads of people unable to print their boarding passes online , goes to a server error each time

3) pre booked seats allocation gone missing in the same upgrade to their systems

4) other upgrades like private transfers

All requiring ages on their 0871 number at 5p a minute (checked saynoto0870 and alternative numbers not working

Worth checking your bookings

i used these numbers over the years, last used them last month they worked ok then
02476283046 or
02476282828 are numbers i use to phone thomson/first choice

just tried the numbers the first one doesnt appear to be working (this at one time was the overseas call centre)
the second number works fine

just logged in to print boarding passes for next week. It was fine.

im another one who has logged in and done the api and got my boarding passes no problem done it on sat night
