Evening all! Been a gorgeous day here - really warm and sunny so been in and out like a yo yo getting my gardening done and my washing too before these thunder storms arrive tomorrow! I do hope we get at least one - I love thunder storms especially living at the coast when we can see the lightening right out at sea! Woooo!

Enjoying a nice cool glass of wine and watching Corrie. Poor Carla - shame she had to lose the baby! I find myself crying - since becoming a mother, I am a right 'woose' as my kids call me because I get so emotional when sad things happen on he tv, even though I know it isn't real!!

Yes it was very emotional with Carla and Roy is such a sweetie at times too.

Glad you managed the garden firefly. We got ours done as well. Kitchen man came and we chose the beach colour and a sort of granite work surface. They are also changing it about to give us more cupboard space. He had his laptop and showed us what it would look like when finished too.

Hope you are having a good time with all your boys at home Sheils.

Waken quite early this morning so going to do a little comping before we run older two boys to Lockerbie Railway Station. Will need to leave before 8.30am so early start for us all!
No sign of the bad weather yet but forecast looks like it will start about 10am so will probably have a horrid journey home.

Morning! Bright and sunny here and not a cloud in the sky but the forecast is for the storms to reach us this afternoon - hope we get one as I love a good storm and it feels so muggy that we need one to clear the air!



Fingers crossed we stay safe though!

Little grandson kept me awake all night last time he came so I said I am going to put concrete blocks on your feet if you keep me awake again... Had text this morning seems he's really upset and don't want to come and stay this weekend but told him he can sleep in his sisters bed. Poor child nana's so bad
