Monday again!
Hope everyone is well. It will be half term for the kids in England so hope the weather is OK. DD has her last two exams at end of the week thank goodness so will be at school everyday for a few hours. Only the banks and postmen seem to get this holiday as tradesmen all seem to be working. Joiner coming to finish window and a few other little jobs and guy coming to measure ensuite so hopefully last day of disruption. Hope to get on with painting later. DH has been varnishing the new shelves in DD's cupboard (where old boiler was) so hope he finishes them too.

Postmen will be on holiday I think.

Good morning all, hope you are all OK today.

Well done on the pie SAX it sounds lovely and if the kids like it it must be good. My GK's are so fussy I never know what to get them.

Sounds like you are have a busy day painting again Sheils. Sounds like a good deal for the fridge/freezer. We have separate ones on top of each other at the moment as there is a concrete slab in the way but think we will knock it out when they do the kitchen.

I know just what you mean about the plants firefly. It is such a shame as they have all got battered badly with the rain and wind. I cam back to beautiful peonies but they are all battered which is very sad.

We are having GD today from lunch time as DD is going out with her DH as they don't get much time together with her at uni.

I've tidied up/tied most up but some are very bedraggled,
hopefully now the suns back they'll perk up &
