I'm ready for it all to be over now tbh, it will be nice to get back to normality & spending a couple of hours a day comping rather than all day long. :rotfl:

Good Morning,


Slept in a bit today. Was noisy in our street last night which is rare. Was expecting it though as girl along road had her 21st at local hotel and lots must have walked back. Saw her with loads of blow up mattresses earlier. DD was at party after her work as girl works in restaurant in holidays so heard her coming in too. DS3 must have brought girl back with him unless he has started talking to himself and wearing heels!
DH didn't hear a sound - just snored away.
DD got her works night out tonight at fancy Italian restaurant and a friend who is going to it staying the night. Think I will be pleased when festive season is over TBH.

Good morning all,

Sorry you didn't get much sleep last night, DH would have slept through it as well. Hope DD enjoyes herself tonight at the works do.

Nearly ready for Christmas firefly, I have Sister coming tomorrow until Tuesday when I will take her to the Station to go to her DD's for Christmas. Just hope we don't get ice or snow as its a very steep hill up to the station here.

Hope you DD is feeling better Wingo.

Really quiet in the Inn at the moment, I expect everone is busy last minute shopping. I have a big pile of ironing to do today. Think I will take it to Sheils as she loves irong too :rotfl::rotfl:

Afternoon everyone, not long now and it will all be over..lol. It's dry here today but very cold. I picked up last few bits today as didn't fancy fighting the crowds of shoppers on weds which is my next day off.

Hi Indi, glad to hear you are all sorted for Christmas and hope you get to have some quality time off.

Yes firefly, almost ready now, just the wrapping up to do. Managed to get the bedrooms cleaned between helping DD get last minute shopping and then her turning up with the little 2 and stayed for about 2 hours. Just finished off now.

You disappoint me Sheils, thought you would be glad to do a bit of my ironing for me :rotfl::rotfl:Still not done it. Glad you managed to get all your beds etc done today. Hope DD has a good time tonight.
