I'm glad you mentioned about the ladybirds I have loads all over outside our house and found a couple inside too! It's those with all the black spots and dark red in colour! I read a few weeks back that apparently they carry an std disease!I don't know if I can believe that!
Fingers crossed your vouchers come soon SheilsAt least you'll be able to treat yourself!
Good luck with the running club euro and hope the ear infection is better xx
Sylvia, hope you find time for yourself to comp! Your house is going to be busy! Hope all goes well at the hospital xx
I called the insurance and the excess is £350! It went up last yr apparently but I was looking at a different policy. There is someone coming out to assess damage tomorrow as it's bathroom tiles, wall, carpet, ceiling and flooring so we will see if it's worth carrying on with.
I've been having a good sort out in girls room etc while DH getting on with kitchen tiling. Onwards and upwards!
Did anyone read that about the apparent blackout we will have on 16th dec to 22nd dec? There's not meant to be any natural light only artificial light so we shouldn't be affected as much! (sounds scary!) It's pretty grim here today and I've had to put lights on!
Big thanks to all who contribute to the forums. Be lucky everyone and be safe!0 -
seems the ladybirds are coming out because of the
weather wingo

They were talking about the possibilities of blackouts this winter on BBC news this morning though. Apparantly, our electricity reserves are down to 5%.February wins: Theatre tickets0
