When questioned under pressure he did admit that it fell out of the jug onto the floor. I will bide my time and get my own back on him :rotfl:

Well done firefly, DH has won Blue Ray of Locke so will put it away for C*******s which is creeping up on us too quickly.

I see the word Christmas mentioned above - yeah just 107 days to go!

Been to the docs and back on steroids to calm my Crohn's so hopefully I will feel better soon. I have lost 9lbs since I was there 2 1/2 weeks ago but I have lost my appetite lately. The steroids are awful to take and they make my immune system crash so i pick up any bugs going round. And now the Autumn is here and the kids are back at school, they are bound to pick something up from there and bring it home to me! (fingers crossed they don't though!) On a brighter note, my doctors surgery always makes me smile because they play such a mish mash of music! One minute they are playing Michael Jackson's 'Bad' (yes, who wants to sing along to 'I'm bad, I'm bad.....' when you are feeling bad and waiting to see the doctor) and the next minute they are playing Jimmy Nail's 'Ain't No Doubt'

I won £35 to spend a Serenta flowers a few weeks ago but rather than order myself some flowers, I ordered a beautiful cream orchid in a glass vase. It just arrived this afternoon and is gorgeous. I had one many years ago but killed it because I over watered it so I am determined to keep this one healthy and follow the instructions on the card. So pretty though!

Glad you got rid of spider Sylvia! I've just bought some bananas from tesco and just read about a woman who found deadly spider eggs in some tesco bananas!

Welcome home Shiels! The worst thing about returning from holidays is catching up on the washing! After doing it all you need another holiday!

Thanks Wingo for the advice re manuka honey - I will look into that! I like honey but haven't heard it might help my Crohn's!

Talking of bananas - we were in town yesterday to watch the start of the Great North Run and nearly every bin in the town centre was full of banana skins!
