there should be a picture frame with purple poster stating 'you can win a years supply of nails inc manicure prizes enter' - click in the word enter and that should bring up another page with more info on the prize and the entry form on the right hand side

to get to the correct page there is also the elevator option at the left hand side of the screen - there is a brown label stating call elevator: click on that to bring out floor menu - you need '1: love me or I'm free' floor (not the competition floor)

Yes, looks identical - just one is on FB, the other on website.

ETA - the Ts and Cs state one entry per day, but it's not clear whether that means you can enter once via FB and once via web - I think probably just once overall, as the website gives a 'Sign in with FB' option
