The spider is safely outside now thanks fire**fly I found my spider catcher and it only just fitted in, it was huge! No doubt it will find it's way back inside!

:jwon a blistex intensive care moisturiser yaaaaaaaaay:j could be doing with it now as lips are in a mess and nipping will have to get son to nip over to chemist when he pops in if he is home early. Thought I had some vaseline in house but can't find it anywhere. My neighbours are all great wingo we all tend to look after one another whether it be takng in parcels or doing some shopping for them.Got a huge boquet when in hospital nearly all the surfaces in my living room are covered had ask sister to bring me a couple of vases as Ididnt have enough I only have two. Only thing I got from postie today was a baby feeding spoon no idea where from might have been hipp

Yes, clouding over here too Rose! Looks like we might get a shower or two! Chilly that wind too - just made a nice chicken casserole for tea to warm our tummys

Good afternoon Sarah! Of course you are welcome to join us - no need to ask - the inn is open to all Sunny here in the North east of England too! It clouded over for about an hour earlier and I thought it would rain but it didn't! Quite cool though with the wind off the sea!

Son been in and brought me some blistex he was able to get it at base. he also brought me some tuna steaks and sea bass that were more or less being given away hope they are ok. they smell and look alright so fingers crossed

Hi everyone just relaxing and catching up with your news.
Weather been nice at Gateshead until now - bucketing down at moment but not going anywhere. Feet are sore anyway Had lovely Chinese Buffet earlier.
Hope you enjoy your fish rose. DS2 caught an enormous brown trout today and he says and is having it for his dinner.

Hi Sarah, Of course you can join in, the more the merrier. Most folk on here just call me Sylv if thats OK with you. Haven't been to Wales for years, used to love it at Anglsea when I lived in the Midlands we went often but its a bit far for us to drive as we are in Durham now.

Well done on your win Rose, it was nice of your neighbors and will keep well in the freezer for another time.

Had a win to for a Selection of crunchy cookies, buttery shortbreads and delicious biscuits from Kent & Fraser from Good to Know comp.

Had a really busy day, ceiling done and Sister came with her DD, DH and 3 kids. They have all gone now so need to make a start on my comps.

Have a bottle of Rose that was started at tea time so will have another glass tonight.

OH's DD and 2 GKD's arriving tomorrow until Friday.
