I've a question regarding game shows and quiz shows on TV. Do they not pick anybody who is not working (be it unable to work or on benefits). I'm not thinking of applying for one and please don't get into debate about the why's and whynots etc Just something I've wondered lately or do they pick them sometimes.0

Hi Andrew, I watch a few game shows and have heard people say they are full time parents, retired, on a gap year etc, so in my opinion, yes they do pick both workers and non workersGood luck if you apply and let us know if you are chosen so we can cheer for you! :T

Love jacket spud, so easy when you are in a hurry. Also love lemon meringue pie but the lemon doesn't like me so I leave it alone.BIG THANKS TO ALL WHO POST THE COMPETITIONS0 -
Ohhhh such a shame we all don't live closer so we can have tea together! I love oven baked jacket potatoes but because of my Crohn's I have to leave my ex-favourite part - the skin! I love them topped with cheese or tuna! I have recently started buying the McCain's mini jacket potatoes that you pop in the microwave and cook for about 5 minutes from frozen. They are really lovely and taste just like oven baked and the skins are even crispy too!
Lovely even here so just enjoying a little glass of rose whilst I watch the soaps. Enjoy your evening too peeps xxx:TA big thanks to all who post and sprinkling lucky dust to all who enter :smileyhea0 -

That would be nice Bella if we all had tea together! We would all chip in making soup, bread, cakes and I could bring the choccy & magners!
Did you try manuka honey for your Crohn's? I saw it in tesco, a bit dearer than normal honey but lots of sufferers recommend it.
Hi Andrew, like others say there have been people on game shows unemployed. I think you get short listed anyway when you apply for shows. My niece is currently unemployed (had a baby 1yr ago) and she has just got in for a show. I would love to go on a game show but nerves would get the better of me in the end!
Everyone's teas sounded lovely, I had chicken casserole & dumplings (but it was a shop bought one!)
I also cut my grass again to get paddling pool out but it had a hole in when we went to blow it up! I'm taking it back to shop though and putting £6 towards a better one!
Well done on the Lenor too Dreams :T Hope you get one too sheils xBig thanks to all who contribute to the forums. Be lucky everyone and be safe!0
