Any ideas on how to cover a crack in a big mirror? Tiles? Wall Art?

Hi everyone
After hoovering in the bedroom I accidently hit the hoover on the bottom of the wardrobe mirror leaving a crack from the middle up to the side (like an arc) As it's a big wardrobe I'd imagine it would be expensive to replace this mirror
Had an idea of maybe buying some kind of sticker/wall art to put over it, I'm sure this would cover it ok or adhesive mosaic tiles? Any ideas??

Perhaps your first thought ought to be 'Safety'. You will probably feel a lot better if you either replaced the mirror or you might even find it cheaper to replace the door. Ikea wardrobes have that advantage that there are usually spare doors available.0
