Unable to locate JPEG for upload

Hi,
Have some photos (JPEG) that I'm trying to upload to 1clickprint but, when I click on 'click here to upload', my photos are not appearing in the list?
I have them saved as shortcut on my desktop, and when trying to upload, I can click on the shortcut, open the folder, but no photos are appearing as an option to upload?
Have logged into my Truprint account to see if the photos can be uploaded there and they all appear
What am I doing wrong?
