PCN from ANPR

Hi,
I have appealed a PCN from ANPR ltd, as I bought a ticket on the day in question, and for whatever reason they are saying it was not displayed correctly.
I used one of your appeal templates and provided them with evidence of the ticket that was purchased (i held on to it for exactly this occasion), I also claimed the fee was disproportionate to the loss incurred by the land owner (as their was no loss because i actually bought a ticket).
They rejected my appeal but did not provide me with POPLA code.
I am about to write back telling them i do not wish to reconsider my appeal and requesting a POPLA number to pursue my appeal.
Is their anything on this forum similar to my circumstances where a ticket was actually bought and paid for that will help with my POPLA appeal?
I really do not want to pay £140 when i initially bought a parking ticket to avoid this!
Thanks.

Did you not read this very thread?
Your actual circumstances mean nothing to these guys - the winning points are all covered here!

It doesn't matter - you don't need a similar case - but the way to win at POPLA is in a hyperlink in the NEWBIES thread you posted on. Clearly there is no initial loss when the P&D tariff was paid so there can be no consequential loss. And despite their signs, you can say in your POPLA appeal in due course, that ANPR Ltd are certainly not in 'breach of their contract with the landowner' every time someone gets one of their fake PCNs!
You should be able to find similar POPLA appeals arguing there is no initial loss and no GPEOL at all, by searching this forum for 'tariff'.
ANPR Ltd are the joke of the forum and there are loads of threads about them and their owner Trevor Whitehouse where we laugh at them every time!
Search this forum for 'Trev' and join in the laughter and find other ANPR Ltd cases! Do not search for 'ANPR' obviously as it's not a narrow enough search term here.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
