I can appreciate what you mean about the tennis, Emz.
Although AM is not my favourite player I always support him when he's playing anyone other than Ferrer and was sorry to see Andy not seeming to make much of an effort to win against Stepanek . Let's hope for better things at Wimbledon:beer:

Was spurred on to start entering comps again after reading of your triple win and had a phone call yesterday afternoon to say I've won a BRAND NEW TOP OF THE RANGE FITTED BATHROOM:j:j:j:j:j:j in a free prize draw in our local paper. It had been running for about 3 weeks, I got my entry in the day before it closed. Lucky or what? Got to get all details finalised in near future but am so chuffed I could explode.

OH (who is a total miser:eek: and won't spend anything on replacements/improvements unless the original is completely beyond use) is being his usual grumpy self. "Think of all the upheaval and mess" type thing, and " I like our bathroom as it is" when it is donkey's years old and well past its best. I'd like to bet he'll be happy enough using it when it's installed though, especially as it hasn't cost him anything.

Only problem now is getting myself to look half-way to presentable for the publicity photos. Will prob cost a fortune getting my hair cut (badly needed anyway but put off because of lack of funds)

Not much doing over the last few days, which is annoying, and I only have myself to blame. I'm giving myself a massive kick up the backside to get earning from tomorow onwards. There's still 2 weeks of the month left, so I can still earn good money for July.

I received my £50 from You Gov on Friday, which was very welcome. Still nothing from TCB - I think I'll pass out when that becomes payable!!

My eBay auctions are finishing today. The bag has £90 (winning bidder has 200+ feedback) and my Chessington tickets have £4.99. I received my other 2 prizes, but will be keeping them instead of selling.

We have visitors tomorrow and Tuesday night - OH's parents :(. Dreading, dreading, dreading.

ETA - All items paid for and packaged up, including my cousin's dress, which sold for £19.

Grrrr - flaming eBay limits on postage have left me around £10 out of pocket . At least it's all posted.

    I've also earned £40 today :j
